Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr Solution Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in the Education / Training industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution consulting and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions for clients.
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide expert guidance and support on solution implementation and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the Education / Training industry and its unique challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
