The Role You Will Be Responsible For Analytical Skills and Business Process expertise Sales and Consulting experience Salesforce Administration knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Relevant certifications in CRM or Salesforce will be an advantage Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a CRM Manager or Customer Service role, ideally within the Insurance, Real Estate and Retail Banking industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
