Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating analytical skills and business process expertise - Leveraging sales and consulting experience - Possessing Salesforce Administration knowledge - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings - Holding relevant certifications in CRM or Salesforce would be advantageous Qualification Required: - At least 1 year of experience in a CRM Manager or Customer Service role, preferably within the Insurance, Real Estate, or Retail Banking industry - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities - High level of goal orientation and proficiency in fast-paced environments - Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data,
