CRM Consultant

You will be joining NTT DATA as an EBS TechFunctional CRM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle CRM domain. Your role will involve designing, developing, and supporting customizations and interfaces within the Oracle EBS suite. You should be proficient in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and Reports for creating both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces. Additionally, you are expected to have a technical understanding of CRM related tables, interfaces, and APIs, along with experience in performance tuning, error handling, and exception logging for interface processes. Knowledge of Oracle EBS Workflows will be beneficial for this role.
