MEP Contracts

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of MEP contracts in order to ensure all obligations are met while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This includes tasks such as floating tenders, negotiation/collaboration, and review/approval during pre-signature, as well as administration/execution, renewal/termination, and reporting/tracking post-signature. - Develop plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP improvements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations. - Review and evaluate drawings and specifications to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements. - Education: BE in Electrical & Electronics. - Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry Construction. Note: The key competencies required for this role include proficiency in pre-tendering, award of contracts, rate analysis, involvement in finalization of contracts, and post-tendering rate analysis.,
