The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CRM tools, have high attention to detail and ability to develop meaningful reports.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of CRM campaigns
Design and build emails using drag and drop editors (Klaviyo)
Ensure all email templates follow brand guidelines and are optimised for deliverability
Proof and QA email campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
Assist with client support
Generate basic reports and analyse data
Provide administrative support to the CRM team

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of CRM tools (Klaviyo)
Basic graphic design skills
Basic GA4 proficiency
Basic data analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience with email campaign execution and design
D2C or Direct-to- Customer experience
Basic CRM certification (Klaviyo) preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Passion for learning

KPIs

Accuracy and speed of email campaign delivery
Timeliness and accuracy of report generation
Accuracy of basic segmentation
Task completion rate
