Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating customer records in the CRM software.
  • Support the team in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, dispatch, etc.) to resolve client issues.
  • Generate and maintain daily/weekly CRM reports.
  • Help in preparing quotations, order status updates, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Learn and implement CRM tools and processes efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Traits (Soft Skills):

  • Polite and professional behavior.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
