CRM Assistant

As a CRM Assistant, your role will involve supporting email and SMS marketing campaigns and agency client efforts. You should have a basic understanding of CRM tools, high attention to detail, and the ability to develop meaningful reports. Key Responsibilities: - Support the execution of CRM campaigns - Design and build emails using drag and drop editors (e.g. Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Emarsys) - Ensure all email templates follow brand guidelines and are optimized for deliverability - Proof and QA email campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution - Assist with client support - Generate basic reports and analyze data - Provide administrative support to the CRM team Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Experience with email campaign execution and design - Basic CRM certification (e.g., Klaviyo or Dotdigital) preferred - Strong communication and organizational skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Passion for learning In this role, you will be expected to have a basic understanding of CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Dot Digital, Mailchimp, and Emarsys. Additionally, having basic graphic design skills, basic GA4 proficiency, and basic data analysis skills will be beneficial. Your performance will be measured based on the accuracy and speed of email campaign delivery, timeliness and accuracy of report generation, accuracy of basic segmentation, and task completion rate.,
