Job Description

Maintaining and Updating CRM Data:Entering and updating customer information, contact details, and other relevant data within the CRM system.
Customer Communication:Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and assisting with resolving customer issues, often through email, phone, or chat.
Generating Reports:Creating regular reports on customer data, sales performance, and other key metrics to help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Supporting Sales and Marketing Teams:Assisting with lead management, campaign execution, and other tasks that support sales and marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
