Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving complaints. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order tracking and delivery updates. Follow up on client feedback and service calls. Generate daily and weekly reports on customer service metrics. Support the execution of after-sales service processes (e.g., warranty, AMC). Assist in promotional campaigns and email communications with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to customer retention efforts. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Understanding of manufacturing industry processes (a plus, not mandatory). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
