Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Crew Captain to join our team at Swiggy, with 2-5 years of experience in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate daily operations, including food preparation and inventory management.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Crew Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Ability to motivate and train staff to achieve their full potential.
