DIRECT CREDIT EMPLOYEE’s BENEFIT POLICY

 

Company future prospect:  We are not a corporate DSA (Direct Selling Agent). Our organization is currently in the process of obtaining NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) registration, and we will be operating as a registered NBFC in the near future.

Note: We are not sacrifices form company policy.

Employee Benefits Policy

Provident Fund (PF), Statutory Leaves, Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

up to ₹10 Lakhs (Including Family, (Parents & Wife with two Kids),

₹3LPA (Minimum) if the salary is Up to 6LPA the insurance amount will ₹25 Lakhs (Including Family, (Parents & Wife with two Kids),

*Salary Increment: Salary increment will do with in three month (It is purely based on performance)*


Note: Salary is fixed; however, achieving assigned targets remains mandatory as per performance guidelines.


Performance Bonus:

bonus equivalent to 15 days’ salary

additional bonus of 15 days’ salary

3.    Diwali Bonus:

employee performance and adherence to company policies

4.    Travel Incentive:

eight consecutive months

5.    Referral Bonus:

For Executive Level (PL & BL):

Salary: up to 10LPA


o Assess and analyze working capital finance proposals for SME/MSME clients.

o Conduct detailed financial analysis including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, and ratios.

o Perform risk assessment and mitigation analysis across industries and client profiles.

o Prepare and present credit appraisal memos (CAM) for sanctioning authorities.

o Conduct background checks and site visits as part of due diligence.

o Coordinate with legal, technical, and valuation teams for report assessments.

o Ensure KYC, AML, and compliance checks are completed.

o Ensure adherence to credit policies and approval matrix.

o Assist in periodic review and update of credit policies related to working capital.

o Review and verify legal and security documents before disbursement.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Good understanding of working capital products (CC/OD, Bill Discounting, etc.)
  • Knowledge of credit underwriting standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in TAT.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce/MBA (Finance).
  • 2–5 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in SME/MSME segment
  • Prefer candidate, NBFC or cooperate DSA’s experience is consider only.
  • Candidate should have stable profile.
