Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in credit monitoring, analysis, and portfolio management.

Roles and Responsibility
Monitor the portfolio continuously to ensure strict adherence to the Credit Monitoring Policy.
Conduct regular portfolio checks and identify stress accounts.
Recommend actions for identified stress accounts and handle account restructuring.
Coordinate with Fincon/accounts and budgeting teams for accurate financial reporting.
Attend Credit Monitoring Committee Meetings and report actionable items to authorities.
Continuously monitor events related to borrower accounts and conduct annual reviews of accounts.

Job
Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably MBA.
Minimum 2 years of experience in credit monitoring, analysis, and portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of credit monitoring policies and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in MIS and other reporting is an added advantage.
