At CredFlow, our lending arm is reshaping credit access for SMEs in India. And now were looking for a Credit Manager to drive underwriting and disbursal. This is a key role with full ownership of credit underwriting, loan processing, and coordination with lending partners. Location: Noida, Sector 3Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed credit appraisal and underwriting for high ticket size unsecured business loan applicants Process loan applications and ensure policy complianceCoordinate with NBFCs/banks for loan fulfilment and documentationEnsure stringent compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirementsMonitor credit performance and highlight risk factorsDrive process improvements within credit operationsSupport policy refinement through data analysis and partner feedbackWhat Were Looking For:2-7 years of experience in credit operations or underwriting (Only unsecured business loan experience preferred)Strong understanding of MSME lending and unsecured credit productsProven ability to work independently with cross-functional teams as neededAnalytical, detail-oriented, and communicativeBonus: Familiarity with lender APIs, LOS/LMS systems
