Job Description: You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding Builder / Developer clients for funding requirements. This includes handling Construction Finance, Project Finance, Builder Loans, and Real Estate Funding products. Your duties will involve performing due diligence, market assessment, project evaluation, and financial analysis. You will also be coordinating with legal, technical & credit teams for loan processing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, developers, and real-estate channels. Achieving assigned business targets for the region and end-to-end handling of loan documentation and disbursement process will be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Source and onboard Builder / Developer clients for funding requirements - Handle Construction Finance, Project Finance, Builder Loans, and Real Estate Funding products - Perform due diligence, market assessment, project evaluation, and financial analysis - Coordinate with legal, technical & credit teams for loan processing - Maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and real-estate channels - Achieve assigned business targets for the region - Handle end-to-end loan documentation and disbursement process Qualifications Required: - Experience in Builder Lending / Real Estate Funding / Construction Finance - Strong understanding of real-estate market, project approvals, financial structures - Knowledge of credit assessment, underwriting, and risk analysis - Excellent communication & client relationship management skills - Existing connections with builders, developers, channel partners preferred - Candidates from NBFC / Banks / Real Estate Finance companies will be preferred Note: This job is Full-time and Permanent with the work location being in person.
