QUALIFICATION : GRADUATION
EXPERIENCE : 1-3 YEARS
DUTY HOURS : AS PER SCHEDULED REQUIREMENTS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Verification of Tariffs and Submission of Invoices with TPAs, Corporates, PSUs and Government UTs.
2· Monitoring of Receivables, Delayed Payments and other discrepancies.
3· Sound knowledge of Billing process and handling queries.
4· Ensuring timely dispatch of invoices to respective clients and maintaining confirmations for invoices received by clients.
5· Monthly review and analysis of Receivables Ageing for management reporting.
6· Reconciliation of accounts with clients in coordination with Finance and Billing Department.
7· Reconciliation of bank accounts for tracking of payments received through cheques or electronic transfers.
8· Maintenance of Agreements/Contracts with clients for records.
9· Maintaining Payment trackers with clients for Overdue Invoices in files and system.
10· Maintaining cordial relations with clients and ensuring queries, denials and rejections are resolved efficiently.
