Credit Control Executive

Hi Everyone!!

We are hiring for Credit Control Executive position:

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for debt collection and cash collections across multiple business lines
• Building strong relationships with Key Customers
• Maintaining correct account information in ERP systems
• Daily banking & accurate allocation of customer accounts.
• Sending out accurate monthly statements to all clients.
• Assistance with uploading invoices to customer portal and following for approvals.
• Responsible of the timely reporting of customers complaints and following up on resolving all customers disputes
• Support continuous improvements in cash collection and DSO performance
• Conduct visits to customers if and whenever needed to follow-up on customers payment commitments
• Adhere to the company Credit & Receivables Policies and core mandatory controls (CMCS)

Relevant Experience :

• Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience as a credit officer or similar role.
• CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or equivalent highly regarded
• Solid understanding of accounting, bookkeeping and forecasting
• Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

• Advanced Excel & Reporting Skills
• Flexible approach to working hours particularly around reporting deadlines
