Role Description:

Responsible for processing sales orders, resolving discrepancies, and driving improvements in order management processes.
Collaborate with the sales team and manage customer orders while maintaining smooth communication across departments.
Monitor vendor performance, evaluate orders, and provide necessary approvals
Review and recommend credit parameters by analyzing various financial data sources, including ratio and balance sheet analysis, to determine credit limits and risk categories.
Provide customer service support by addressing credit-related inquiries and act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and internal teams.
