Credit Analyst

Role Overview: As a Credit Analyst at Biz2X, you will play a crucial role in post-funding activities, monitoring accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborating with collection teams to manage credit risk effectively. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate records, analyzing financial statements, and providing support during internal and external communications. Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional projects to enhance credit and collections processes while handling special projects and assignments as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and retrieve information of delinquent merchants post funding. - Monitor accounts receivable and identify suspicious accounts. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Review deals involving Collection Analysts and provide assistance as required. - Collaborate with collection teams to manage credit risk effectively. - Maintain accurate records of all credit and collection activities. - Analyze financial statements and lien reports. - Provide support during internal and external communications. - Conduct regular reviews of default deals. - Participate in cross-functional projects to improve credit and collections processes. - Handle special projects and assignments as needed. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields. - Two to three years of strong quantitative experience. - Strong understanding of credit risk management principles. - Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn. - Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision.,
