Key Responsibilities

● Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage content

strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to drive brand awareness,

engagement, and growth.

● Influencer Management: Lead end-to-end influencer collaborations — from identifying

and onboarding creators to managing communication and ensuring timely delivery of

final content.

● Content Calendar Planning: Plan and maintain weekly social media calendars, working

closely with the content, photography, and design teams to ensure seamless execution

of campaigns.

● Daily Posting & Platform Management: Ensure timely and consistent posting across

all social media channels while maintaining brand voice and visual consistency.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments and external

partners to align on content needs, campaign objectives, and brand messaging.

● Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and audience

insights to create weekly reports and actionable recommendations for optimization.

● Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor social platforms for customer queries,

feedback, and complaints. Respond promptly and effectively to maintain a positive brand

image and ensure customer satisfaction.
