● Develop creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, performance, and offline channels.
● Build and maintain a strong brand identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and communication.
● Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.
● Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.
● Stay updated with market trends, consumer culture and behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
● Analyze consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign ROI to optimize marketing strategies
● 3 - 7 years of experience in brand and content creation within D2C, FMCG, or food brands.
● Strong creative instincts with a passion for high quality content creation
● Proven experience in content strategy, copy writing, creative direction
● Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills – ability to work with multiple teams and deliver results
● Passion for food, culture, and building brands that connect with modern consumers.
