Position: Creative Head – Brand & Communication (ODYSSIA)
The Creative Head will steer the overall creative and brand direction for ODYSSIA’s footwear and backpack categories, covering multiple sub-brands. This position blends strategic brand leadership with bold creative thinking- ensuring that every product, campaign, and communication reflects ODYSSIA’s identity and drives measurable business impact. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for brand storytelling, creative development, digital presence, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate ODYSSIA’s market presence and consumer engagement.
Core Responsibilities1. Brand Leadership & Market Positioning
- Define and evolve the overarching brand strategy in line with ODYSSIA’s vision.
- Develop distinctive positioning for each sub-brand to strengthen category differentiation.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine identity, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Build lasting brand recall and emotional connection across all consumer touchpoints.
2. Creative Direction & Brand Expression
- Lead the creative vision and narrative for ODYSSIA’s brands across all media.
- Oversee the development of visual communication -campaigns, videos, catalogs, packaging, and digital content.
- Maintain a cohesive and inspiring design language throughout all brand assets.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact creative work that resonates with target audiences.
3. Product Alignment & Market Development
- Partner with Product Development and Design teams to ensure creative and market alignment.
- Identify new consumer trends, product opportunities, and innovation themes.
- Drive packaging concepts, collection launches, and in-market brand rollouts.
4. Integrated Campaign Planning
- Conceptualize and execute 360° marketing campaigns spanning Digital, Retail, ATL, and BTL channels.
- Manage influencer programs, PR activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Lead seasonal activations, launch events, and engagement drives to strengthen brand visibility.
5. Digital Presence & Content Innovation
- Oversee the creative strategy for ODYSSIA’s digital ecosystem - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, Website, and Google Business.
- Develop innovative storytelling formats that enhance engagement and community building.
- Analyze digital performance, SEO results, and conversion metrics to refine creative approaches.
6. Retail Branding & Trade Marketing
- Align creative initiatives with sales and distribution strategies.
- Design impactful in-store branding, merchandising displays, and dealer marketing materials.
- Create retail experiences that enhance brand perception and drive consumer traffic.
7. Brand Analytics & Budget Control
- Monitor campaign performance and key brand KPIs to assess impact and ROI.
- Present post-campaign insights with strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Manage creative and marketing budgets efficiently to achieve optimal outcomes.
8. Collaboration & Agency Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams - Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and HR - for cohesive brand execution.
- Lead relationships with creative agencies, production houses, and media partners.
- Ensure all communications comply with brand identity and legal guidelines.
9. Creative Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor the internal design and digital teams to deliver excellence.
- Provide strategic creative direction and ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Foster innovation, design thinking, and a results-oriented creative culture.
10. Trend Analysis & Consumer Insight
- Stay informed on global fashion, retail, and design trends.
- Anticipate shifts in consumer behavior, visual style, and market preferences.
- Introduce forward-looking creative and branding ideas to keep ODYSSIA innovative and relevant.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Fashion Communication, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in creative or brand leadership, ideally in footwear or fashion.
- Strong command of ATL, BTL, and Digital Branding strategies.
- Proven expertise in visual storytelling, campaign ideation, and content strategy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into creative direction.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and creative budgets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
