From the tweets we push out, to the decks we share, to the way we launch homes — I’ve been deeply involved in shaping how Flent shows up. But it’s time to bring on someone who can not just match that energy, but take it to the next level.If you join this team, you’ll work directly with me. I’ll lean on you as my creative right hand —the person who ensures Flent’s brand is sharp, consistent, and world-class across everything we put into the world. You’ll manage and inspire a team of four, push boundaries, and set a standard that makes people look at Flent and say, “these guys get it.”

About The Role

We’re looking for a

full-stack creative leader

who can be my partner in building Flent’s brand world. Three things define the person for me:

taste-custodian, big-idea thinker, and doer.

You’ll lead a small creative team — visual design, video, copy, social — while also rolling up your sleeves to create yourself. Some days you’ll be ideating and directing campaigns, other days you’ll be refining an idea until it feels sharp enough to carry our name.Your job is to make sure the brand feels on point — visually, narratively, and experientially — across everything we put out into the world.If you’ve got taste, range, and a dangerous ability to execute ideas fast, we’d love to chat.

What you’ll broadly do:

  • Drive reach and impact Own top-of-funnel brand metrics — impressions, website visits, and awareness — while also measuring the most subjective thing in the world: perception.
  • Lead and inspire a creative team Guide a small team of four — visual design, video, copy, social. Give them direction, feedback, and mentorship that brings out their best work.
  • Be obsessed with the details Always be in QA mode — from typography and color choices to video cuts and copy lines, stay on top of the small things that separate a good brand from a great one.
  • Spend the brand budget wisely Own the responsibility of where and how we invest in brand — campaigns, collabs, shoots, and experiments — balancing taste, impact, and efficiency.
  • Push the boundaries of our brand personality Help us be more edgy, bougie, and nonchalant at the same time :)

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Ideating and directing campaigns : from idea to execution across social, brand, and community.
  • Reviewing and giving feedback on your team’s work : designs, videos, copy, and social drops, to make sure it all meets the Flent bar.
  • Rolling up your sleeves to create yourself : sometimes designing, writing, or shaping the final cut when it matters.
  • Sync tightly : with founders, product, and ops to keep our GTM, cultural moves, and product stories on-lock.
  • Tracking reach and perception metrics : impressions, website visits, engagement, recall — and adjusting creative bets accordingly.
  • Inspiring and pushing your team : helping them move faster, take risks, and build a brand that makes people stop and notice.
  • Direct external production : oversee shoots, collabs, and work with freelancers or partners to bring bold creative ideas to life.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 7–10 years of creative experience across visual design, content, video, or social media — agency or startup, we’re open, as long as the work shows range and taste
  • Has atleast 2 years experience in managing a team of creatives — knows how to guide, critique, and inspire.
  • Is T-shaped — great at one craft (visual design, copywriting, video, or social media) while understanding and appreciating the others.
  • Has impeccable taste — the kind you can’t teach, only refine.
  • Moves fast without losing craft — you know when something is “good enough to ship” and when it needs one more push.
  • Thrives in ambiguity — don’t expect me to give you a perfect brief; instead, you’ll help me create clarity.
  • Has experience with brand budgets — making smart calls on shoots, collabs, and production to maximize impact.
  • Understands internet culture and social storytelling — what makes people stop scrolling, share, and talk.
  • Bonus: has worked with brands building for affluent / premium audiences.
