About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director to lead our creative team and bring fresh, impactful ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in an agency environment, with a strong portfolio that showcases innovative campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative vision and direction for campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver high-quality work.

Translate client briefs into compelling concepts and oversee execution from ideation to final delivery.

Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work to ensure excellence.

Stay updated with industry trends and bring new, innovative ideas to the table.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of creative/agency experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work (digital, print, campaigns, branding).

Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of digital, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
