Creative Director

As a Creative Director at Kshm, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team of creatives including designers, writers, cinematographers, and visual storytellers. You will shape the brand's creative vision, drive impactful campaigns, and ensure every piece of communication resonates with the audience. Your role will be to define and execute the brand vision through impactful creative storytelling, lead a team of creatives, collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution, translate business objectives into creative strategies, oversee content creation and production, bring innovative thinking, and manage budgets and timelines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the brand vision through impactful creative storytelling. - Lead a team of cinematographers, editors, art directors, and stylists. - Collaborate with social media and performance marketing teams for campaign design and execution. - Translate business objectives into inspiring and effective creative strategies and campaigns. - Oversee end-to-end content creation and production for the brand. - Bring a strong knack for creative storytelling and innovative thinking. - Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in creative leadership within a brand, media, or agency setup. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy, design, and storytelling. - Proven track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional creative teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of social media, paid ads, digital platforms, and emerging marketing trends. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects. - Bachelor's degree in Film making, Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
