Creative Director

Role Overview: As a Creative Director at Hogarth Worldwide, Chennai, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of creative professionals including Art Directors, Creative Designers, Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Artists, and others. Your role will involve leading, motivating, and supporting the creative team in a time-sensitive environment, setting up career development plans, managing data collection for operational metrics, mentoring team members, and ensuring the quality and completion of work projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and support the creative team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment - Setup and implement career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution - Manage data collection for operations metrics, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent service - Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment - Ensure the quality and completion of work projects by helping team members overcome obstacles and offer solutions - Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas that consistently and positively reflect the brands" image - Anticipate and solve problems that may impede project completion on time - Monitor team results and propose future actions - Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a creative director or Senior Art Director with top main-line agencies - Excellent working knowledge of software programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Aftereffects/Animate CC - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire the team - Comfortable interacting with high-profile stakeholders and decision-makers - Recent hands-on experience applying design, copy, or web best practices - Outstanding leadership, organization skills, interpersonal, and analytical abilities Note: The company values include Heart and Soul, Hands-on, Honest, Happy family, and Hungry.
