Creative Director

As the Creative Director - Design, 3D, Shoots, your role will involve leading the creative vision and strategy for the brand, managing a team of experienced creative professionals, conceptualizing and developing projects, ensuring quality control and creative execution, contributing to branding and marketing efforts, and overseeing various collaterals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and articulate the creative vision and direction for the brand. - Translate objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies. - Stay updated with current industry trends and creative techniques. - Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced creative professionals, including videographers, 3D artists, and designers. - Provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements. - Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas. - Oversee the execution of creative concepts throughout the production process. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the brand's creative branding and identity. - Responsible for art direction of digital static and video content, social media content, web UI, static & video ads, photoshoots, packaging, inserts, etc. Qualifications: - Experience working in the D2C space. - Strong skills in visual strategy, team management, and execution. - Good knowledge of beauty, fitness, and personal care industry and trends. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
