Creative Director

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for steering the creative vision of the Company, its associated brands, and products across the target market in all mediums such as print, video, digital, web, etc. Your role will involve leading, mentoring, and inspiring a diverse team of designers, artists, copywriters, and other creatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creative vision of the Company, its associated brands, and products across various mediums. - Manage a team of designers, artists, copywriters, and creatives, providing mentorship and inspiration. - Provide direction and guidance throughout project development stages to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with key company stakeholders to offer strategic thinking for brand expression. - Conceptualize and produce critical projects and campaigns. - Oversee the work of the Global Design team, offering feedback and direction as needed. - Develop brand standards for the graphics and marketing departments and ensure their maintenance. - Direct the creative team in producing print and digital deliverables. - Manage project deadlines, assess team workloads, and communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience as an art director or creative director. - 3 years of experience in an agency environment. - Experience in marketing for Alcoholic beverages is a plus. - Exceptional portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, creative design, and innovative solutions. - Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to inspire and motivate teams. - Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for video and static design. - Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (master's degree preferred).
