Job Description

As a Client Servicing Manager / Executive, your role will involve serving as a day-to-day point of contact with clients, managing existing clients and activities end-to-end, and maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business. You will be responsible for putting together the brand and digital strategy in consultation with clients and internal BrandLoom subject matter experts. Additionally, you will identify, innovate, and execute business ideas to improve service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching and building proposals for client presentations, reports, and conducting client meetings - Researching industry and competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolios - Understanding client goals and objectives, as well as their entire digital marketing needs including SEM, Display Advertising, Email Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, and more - Working collaboratively with the internal team to drive campaign strategy and development - Identifying growth opportunities from the client portfolio and driving revenue - Researching and staying updated on information about emerging online trends and best practices within the digital marketing industry Your qualifications for this role should include a sound understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce. Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Online Advertising will be a plus. Additionally, you should have expertise in client servicing, client relationship management, marketing communication, and presentation skills. The job shall involve interacting with clients to understand their branding, digital marketing, and design requirements, putting together clear-cut marketing/design briefs for the benefit of both the client and our strategy, technology, and creative team, making client presentations at every stage of the project, and working on the company's marketing communication activities both online and offline. The ideal candidate for this role should be inspired with a mindset to explore along with the company rather than having a constrained mindset. Please note that the salary for this position ranges from INR 300,000 to 800,000 per annum. The industry is IT-Software / Software Services, and the functional area is Business Development.
