Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join ROI Minds as a full-time, on-site Creative Director at our Mohali office. The Creative Director will oversee and lead the creative team, ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include developing and executing creative strategies, managing multiple projects, fostering collaboration between teams, and ensuring brand consistency. The Creative Director will also guide art direction, copywriting, campaign development, and contribute to client presentations and pitches.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Art Direction, Visual Design, and Creative Conceptualization
• Proficient in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Client Communication
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, and Social Media Strategy
• Excellent skills in Copywriting, Content Creation, and Editing
• Ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and execute ROI-driven strategies
• Proficiency in using design and marketing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, project management software, and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
• Proactive, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency is preferred
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce and performance marketing landscape
