As a Client Servicing Manager / Executive, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact with clients, managing existing clients and activities end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include servicing clients, maintaining relationships for repeat business, and putting together brand and digital strategies in consultation with clients and internal subject matter experts. It will be your duty to identify, innovate, and execute business ideas to enhance service delivery. You will research and build proposals for client presentations, reports, and conduct client meetings, as well as stay updated on industry and competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolios. Understanding client goals and objectives, along with their digital marketing needs, such as SEM, Display Advertising, Email Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing, will be crucial. Collaborating with the internal team to drive campaign strategy and development will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio and drive revenue. Staying informed about emerging online trends and best practices in the digital marketing industry is essential. The ideal candidate for this role should be inspired and have a mindset to explore alongside the company rather than having a constrained mindset. Your job will involve interacting with clients to understand their branding, digital marketing, and design requirements, as well as creating clear marketing/design briefs for the benefit of both clients and the internal strategy, technology, and creative team. Making client presentations, communicating with clients at every project stage, and working on the company's marketing communication activities, both online and offline, are part of your responsibilities. Key skills required for this role include a sound understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce, along with hands-on knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Online Advertising.
