Mystery Monks is looking for a Freelance Creative Director to lead a 2-day live-action shoot in Vadodara (we need people who are from Vadodara only). You will be responsible for overseeing the shoot and managing the full production cycle—including post-production —until the final output is delivered and approved by the client. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a 2-day live product shoot at the client’s office in Vadodara Coordinate with the client directly and ensure the shoot aligns with their expectations Collaborate and manage communication between all stakeholders Direct the shoot, ensuring product accuracy and visual quality Ensure smooth execution, brand consistency, and timely delivery Oversee the complete post-production process and lead revision rounds until final client approval Important Notes: Shoot crew will be provided by us from Vadodara (If you have any local references within budget, they are welcome) Requirements: Experience directing product or corporate video shoots Strong understanding of live production and post-production workflows Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills Must be available in Vadodara on both shoot days and should be from Vadodara Ability to understand and visually represent technical product specifications Compensation: INR 28,000 for Creative Direction (for both shoot days; exclusive of food & local travel) No advance fee – Payment will be made after client approval of the final output Pre-approved shoot expenses (travel, food, logistics) will be reimbursed in advance Budgets for other roles and services (DOP, equipment, etc.) will be discussed personally
