7-minute corporate documentary video

You will be responsible for overseeing the shoot and managing the full production cycle — including post-production — until the final output is delivered and approved by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a 1-day corporate documentary shoot at the client’s location in Bangalore
• Coordinate directly with the client and ensure the shoot aligns with their creative and communication goals
• Collaborate and manage communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
• Oversee the filming process to ensure storytelling clarity, brand alignment, and production quality
• Supervise the editing process and lead revisions until final client approval

Important Notes:

• Shoot crew will be provided by us (from Bangalore or nearby)
• If you have any reliable references within our budget, we would appreciate recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in directing

  corporate or documentary-style video shoots

• Strong understanding of live production and post-production workflows
• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
• Must be available in Bangalore on the shoot day and preferably based in Bangalore

Compensation

INR 21,000

(Excluding all additional expenses such as travel, stay, and equipment costs)

• No advance payment — full payment will be made after client approval of the final output
• Pre-approved shoot expenses (travel, food, logistics) will be reimbursed as applicable
