Creative Director

What You’ll Do

• Lead the

  creative vision

  for all Tetr content — films, social media, brand campaigns, documentaries, and podcasts.

• Write and conceptualize

  stories, scripts, and campaign ideas that capture student life, entrepreneurship, and global experiences.

• Direct shoots

  across formats: long-form documentaries, mini-series, founder stories, social content, and podcasts.
• Oversee

  post-production

  : editing, motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery, ensuring narrative, pacing, and quality excellence.
• Collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to

  bring ideas to life in exciting, unexpected ways

  .
• Mentor and inspire creative teams, including writers, editors, videographers, and designers.
• Stay on top of

  cultural trends, student behaviors, and social platforms

  to keep content fresh, relevant, and shareable.
• Ensure every story aligns with Tetr’s

  brand voice and global audience expectations

  .

Who You Are

• 4-6 years of experience in

  creative direction, content production, or brand storytelling

  .
• Skilled at

  writing, directing, and managing post-production

  , turning ideas into polished, compelling stories.
• Deep understanding of

  multi-format content

  — long-form, short-form, social-first, podcasts, and experiential campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to

  guide creative teams and collaborate cross-functionally

• Passionate about

  student experiences, entrepreneurship, and global education

  .
• A cultural radar for trends, audience engagement, and storytelling innovation.
• Comfortable working in a
