Job Description

Role Overview:

The Creative Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing effective social media strategies, planning shoots, and ensuring the seamless execution of content calendars for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media campaigns across platforms and, ideally, a background in running paid ad campaigns. This role demands creativity, organization, and a passion for storytelling. 


Key Responsibilities:


1. Social Media Strategy Development: 

  • Create innovative and tailored social media strategies to meet client objectives. 
  • Analyze audience insights, trends, and platform algorithms to craft impactful content strategies. 


2. Content Creation & Shoot Planning 

  • Plan, execute, and oversee photoshoots and video production for social media and digital marketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative team members to bring content ideas to life. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of content, maintaining brand consistency and high-quality visuals.


3. Copywriting & Design Coordination: 

  • Write Copies as per the approved content calendar and coordinate with the design team to bring your vision to life.


4. Content Calendar Management: 

  • Develop and oversee the execution of detailed content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts. 
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and video editors to create visually appealing and engaging content. 


5. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: 

  • Track the performance of organic and paid social media campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization. 
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and KPIs. 


6. Client Collaboration: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding social media strategies and campaigns. 
  • Present strategies, reports, and updates, incorporating client feedback into campaign execution. 


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Engagement Rate: Increase in likes, comments, shares, and other interactions across platforms. 
  • Content Calendar Adherence: Timely execution of planned content with minimal deviations.
  • Shoot Efficiency: Successful planning and execution of client shoots within budget and timelines. 
  • Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and retention of assigned clients. 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and management. 
  • Proven ability to plan and execute shoots, from ideation to delivery. 
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer. 
  • Experience with paid ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
