Job Title: Product Costing Executive / Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in product costing and cost analysis. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on product-based costs to support decision-making and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze product costing reports for existing and new products.
• Conduct product-based cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with the production, purchase, and finance teams to gather cost data and validate accuracy.
• Monitor material, labor, and overhead costs associated with product manufacturing.
• Assist in preparing budget vs. actual cost comparisons and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate costing records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support management in pricing decisions with cost insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related field (CMA is a plus).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in product costing and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Based out of Bangalore.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or product-based companies.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹249,108.40 - ₹800,000.00 per year
