Warehouse Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, ensure accurate stock control, and coordinate efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining seamless storage, dispatch, and delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: · Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. · Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and audits. · Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of materials to optimize space utilization. · Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments. · Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes accurately. · Oversee the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling to minimize damage. · Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the warehouse. · Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks. · Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory levels to the Warehouse Manager. · Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse best practices. · Train and supervise warehouse staff when required.
