Warehouse Executive

Your Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound management, as well as maintaining accurate stock levels and coordinating order processing. Additionally, you will be monitoring orders on various e-commerce platforms, managing returns, and ensuring warehouse standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Handling incoming goods, verifying them against documents, and coordinating the timely dispatch of orders. - Maintaining accurate stock levels, performing stock audits, and resolving discrepancies within the Uniware platform. - Processing orders from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and timely dispatch of goods. - Monitoring orders, cancellations, and statuses on multiple e-commerce dashboards, and updating inventory accordingly. - Processing returns, verifying returned items, and managing related disputes. - Proficiently using Uniware by Unicommerce for inventory and order management, along with advanced Excel for record keeping. - Ensuring warehouse hygiene, proper labeling, and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. - Liaising with the sales/order processing team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience with Uniware is essential, with proficiency in MS Excel also required. - A detailed understanding of stock management, counting, and resolving discrepancies. - Familiarity with e-commerce order processes and platforms. - Strong coordination and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and platforms. - Keen observation skills are needed to identify missing items and verify counts.
