Warehouse Executive

Job description: Responsibilities Effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and team. Of-course this job involves bit of travelling to other organization warehouses for busines needs and physical activity involvement is mandatory. Having a bike is mandatory to travel, also flexibility on working hours is need. Should have good computer knowledge and ready to learn E-Commerce Operations mindset. Manage day to day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability for delivering the daily performance targets. Should be responsible for managing warehouse processes such as inbound, inventory management and outbound operations Produce reports and statistics regularly In/Out status report, dead stock report etc Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Manage the returns to the Warehouse and ensure items are dealt with promptly and returned to stock Responsible for maintaining the stock levels and re-ordering of all products to ensure a 100% fill rate Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management Should have sound knowledge in Transport management like trip scheduling, driver handling, etc Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets Continuously look for improvements to operations Responsible for the security of all warehouse assets and infrastructure Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly Maintains warehouse staff job results by training, maintaining discipline, monitoring performance and give constant feedback on the performance Desired Skills & Experience Freshers with learning mindset or 1-3 years of proven working experience in warehouse / Operation/ Station/ Hub/ Last Mile Manager. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Candidate should speak Hindi and English Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and databases Should have a bachelor's degree or ITI or Diploma or relevant work experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Ability to commute/relocate: Jonapur, Chhattarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
