Job Title: Carton Box Machine Operator  Department: Production / Manufacturing Reports To: Plant Manager Location: No:68/1,Hirandahalli main road, Virgo nagar post, Bidarahalli Hobli,Bangalore east taluk, Pincode:560049 Position Summary: The Carton Box Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining carton box manufacturing machines. This role ensures boxes are produced according to specified dimensions and quality standards, meeting daily production goals while following safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Set up and operate carton box manufacturing machines according to production specifications, monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of box dimensions, cuts, and folds. 2. Load raw materials such as cardboard or corrugated rolls into the machine. Perform quality checks on finished products and adjust machine settings as needed. 3. Identify, report, and resolve mechanical issues or production defects. 4. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. 5. Record production data including quantities, machine performance, and downtime. 6. Collaborate with maintenance or technical teams to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. 7. Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). 8. Assist with packaging, stacking, and labelling as needed. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially operating box or packaging machinery, is a plus. 3. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. 4. Ability to read and understand production specifications, measurements, and instructions. 5. Attention to detail and commitment to product quality. 6. Ability to lift up to 50 kgs and stand for extended periods. 7. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as required.
