We're Hiring!-- Packaging Machine Operator Job Summary The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow, accurate packaging, and high-quality output. The role involves setting up machines, performing routine checks, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring safety and hygiene standards are followed. Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor packaging machines during production. Set up machines before production runs (calibration, cleaning, adjustments). Load materials such as films, labels, and packaging supplies. Ensure products are packed according to company standards and specifications. Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance and keep machinery clean. Maintain accurate production records and daily reports. Inspect finished products for quality (weight, sealing, labeling). Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs. Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for repairs. Skills & Qualifications:- Experience working with packaging or manufacturing machinery. Understanding of machine operations and basic mechanical skills. Ability to read and follow SOPs and production instructions. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle manual tasks. Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards in production. Preferred Qualifications:- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical (optional but preferred). Experience in FMCG, food processing, or similar industries. Salary: 18k - 22k Location:- Shri Bhaini Sahib, Ludhiana, Punjab.
