Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Packing Boxes Manufacturing Location: [Plot No.91/2 Virgonagar Post, Bidarahalli Hobli, Near Govt. School, Cheemasandra Road, Avalahalli, Virgonagar-560049] Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Factory Manager / Director Industry: Packaging / Manufacturing (Corrugated Boxes, Cartons, etc.) Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales of our packing boxes and related packaging products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial or packaging sales, with the ability to develop new customer relationships, manage existing accounts, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote packing box products to customers in various industries (FMCG, logistics, e-commerce, etc.). Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients and distributors. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Collaborate with the factory and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and offer solutions. Analyze market trends and competitors to fine-tune sales tactics. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and promote the company’s products. Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B industrial products. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings as required. Knowledge of corrugated boxes, cartons, or industrial packaging is a strong advantage. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
