Job Summary: We are looking for a Packaging Machine Operator experienced in operating Nichrome or similar packaging machines for sugar packing in 1 kg, 2 kg, and 5 kg pouches. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running, maintaining, and troubleshooting packaging machines to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Nichrome make sugar packaging machines for 1 kg, 2 kg, and 5 kg pouches. Ensure accurate filling, sealing, and labeling of pouches as per company standards. Perform regular quantity checks on packed products. Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines. Identify and report mechanical or operational issues to the maintenance team. Maintain daily production logs and ensure adherence to production targets. Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality protocols within the packaging area. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience operating Nichrome make or similar packaging machines. Knowledge of basic operation of automatic machine adjustments and normal troubleshooting. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Education: Minimum 10th pass / ITI or equivalent technical qualification preferred. Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with 5+ years of proven experience in marketing & selling sugar pouches / portion packs to institutional clients such as Cafés, Hotels, Resorts, Airline Caterers, and Corporates. If you have strong HORECA sales experience and a passion for organic products, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow business for Organic Sugar Pouches in the HORECA and Aviation sector. Acquire new clients: cafés, hotel chains, resorts, airlines, catering companies, and corporates. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline. Build and manage long-term client relationships. Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with production & logistics for smooth order execution. Prepare quotations, maintain MIS and provide timely reporting. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales / HORECA / portion packs (sugar/sweeteners/FMCG). Strong communication, negotiation & client handling skills. Ability to drive sales independently and meet targets. Good knowledge of hospitality procurement processes. Comfortable with travel. Qualification Graduate in Marketing/Business or any relevant field. MBA preferred. Salary Competitive package (as per experience)
