Cost Accountant

As a Cost Management Accountant (CMA) in our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and maintaining the company's product costs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data related to the cost of goods manufactured, reviewing expense reports, and identifying inefficiencies to optimize costs. You will be required to perform cost analysis by estimating and comparing costs and benefits of different options. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining product costs, tracking fixed assets, and providing valuable recommendations to management for improving cost-efficiency, pricing, and profitability. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or commerce with a specialization in accountancy. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the accountancy field or a related role is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Excel AI is essential. Your strong critical thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions will be highly valuable. Furthermore, excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for effectively discussing financial reports with company stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The preferred work locations for this role are Kalyan, Dombivali, Ambernath & Badlapur in Thane District.
