You will be joining Vijai Electricals Ltd. as a full-time Cost Accountant based in Hyderabad. Your main responsibilities will include handling tasks related to cost accounting, financial statements, analytical skills, journal entries, and finance within the company's operations. You will need to conduct backward costing for upcoming projects, analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs, compare actual costs with estimates, and prepare cost variance reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and verifying cost data, reconciling costs with budgets, updating standard costing models, and providing historical cost data for tendering purposes. Your role will also involve ensuring accurate cost allocation to work orders and Bill of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring project cost performance, participating in cost optimization efforts, maintaining cost documentation for audits, and ensuring compliance with internal cost control policies. You should possess in-depth knowledge of the working capital cycle for each project and shipment, as well as value addition loss. To excel in this role, you must have expertise in cost accounting, financial statements, analytical skills, and journal entries. A strong background in finance is essential, along with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a professional CMA Certification.,
