About:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Correspondent to be part of the editorial department of our aviation and MRO-focused magazine and digital platforms. The Correspondent will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing high-quality content that informs, engages, and influences professionals across the global aviation and aerospace maintenance ecosystem.

This role requires strong editorial judgment, expertise in digital publishing, and an in-depth understanding of aviation industry trends, MRO operations, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Research & Development

• Research and identify newsworthy topics, market trends, regulatory updates, and innovations across aviation and MRO.
• Report and write articles, interviews, case studies, and technical features for print and digital platforms.
• Create content that aligns with editorial direction, brand positioning, and audience needs.

News Reporting & Storytelling

• Conduct interviews with industry experts, leaders, companies, and regulatory authorities.
• Cover industry events, conferences, and trade shows with accurate reporting and timely content delivery.
• Produce content with accuracy, clarity, and journalistic integrity.

Digital & Print Publishing

• Support digital publishing activities including website updates, newsletters, and social media integration.
• Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and digital teams for cohesive content delivery.

Industry Engagement

• Build and maintain professional relationships with airlines, OEMs, MRO service providers, industry bodies, and technology leaders.
• Build and maintain industry relationships with airlines, OEMs, regulators, and service providers.
• Represent the publication at conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Conduct interviews with thought leaders and experts.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of reporting or feature writing experience, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or technical sectors.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, MRO practices, and regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, DGCA, etc.).
• Excellent interviewing, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in digital publishing platforms, CMS, and SEO.
• Strong research and analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
