The role is primarily office and field-based. You would be required to contribute articles/features to monthly publications (Car India and Bike India are two separate monthly magazines) as well as social media channels, websites and video content. Office timings are 09:30 to 18:00, inclusive of breaks, Monday to Friday. Work timings may vary with shoots or travel and/or issue closing. Requirements: Strong command over the English language—spoken and written. A flair for writing engaging copy with good grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in office software and a Windows-based utilities. Excellent knowledge of the Indian and international automotive landscape. Good (and disciplined) riding and driving skills with suitable restraint as the situation demands. Ideals: Enthusiasm for the automotive sector. Knowledge of technical/mechanical functions. Analytical skills with above-average vehicle control. A nagging attention to detail in the professional sphere. Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
