Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Corporate Trainer

to manage end-to-end training delivery for our organization. This role involves identifying and engaging the right trainers, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring high-quality execution of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, along with a passion for professional development and learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trainer Identification: Source and evaluate potential trainers or training vendors based on organizational training needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between selected trainers and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables with trainers to ensure alignment with budget and expectations.
  • Training Execution: Manage the full cycle of training logistics, including scheduling, communication, venue (if applicable), and material preparation.
  • Participant Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external trainers throughout the training process.
  • Reporting: Prepare post-training reports and present insights to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training coordination or learning & development.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office or other productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with third-party training providers.
  • Familiarity with training feedback tools or survey platforms.
  • Background in corporate learning, facilitation, or instructional design is a plus.
