We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This position is a part of our efforts to support diversity and inclusion. The selected candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, maintaining excellent relationships, and achieving sales targets. Female Candidates Preferred Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through calls and emails to generate leads and close sales. Maintain and update customer databases using MS Excel. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closures. Coordinate with the sales team for seamless operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Telecaller or Inside Sales Executive. Freshers with strong aptitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi . Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Leadership Strategic Planning Innovation & Product Launches Integrated Marketing Campaigns Customer & Channel Insight Brand Governance Leadership & Team Management Performance Measurement Requirements: • Masters degree (MBA) in Marketing Strategy, or related field. • 8–12 years of brand management experience, preferably in building materials, construction products, or durable goods. • Proven track record of driving brand growth, managing large campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams. • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of channel dynamics (retail, distribution, institutional sales). • Excellent leadership, storytelling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. • Familiarity with digital brand building, performance marketing, and trade channel activations.
