Work Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 2-6 Years

Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Notice period:- Immediate joining preferred

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Sales Hiring: Take full ownership of hiring field salespeople for the construction material sector (cement, paints, adhesives, hardware, chemicals - not real estate).
Manage External Recruiters: Build a strong network of freelance recruiters or use existing ones to ensure timely closures of all open positions.
Daily Monitoring & Feedback: Review resumes and recruiter responses daily to check quality and direction - take corrective action immediately, not after delays.
Smart Redirection: Spot issues in CVs or candidate profiles instantly and realign the recruiter strategy in real-time.
Deadline Ownership: Take full charge of the hiring timelines - no excuses. Always work backward from the required joining date.
Risk Mitigation: Appoint 2 recruiters for each position as backup to avoid delays and missed targets.
Candidate Evaluation Expertise: Strong at quick screening and filtering of candidates based on role fit, industry exposure, attitude, and closing intent.
Performance-Driven: Constantly push to hit hiring numbers aggressively with accountability and speed.

Preferred Candidate Requirements:

2-6 years of hardcore recruitment experience, especially in construction sector field sales roles (cement, paint, adhesives, hardware, etc.).
Proven ability to handle multiple recruiters, assess quality of delivery, and meet tight deadlines.
Sharp, aggressive, and analytical mindset - must be a self-starter who doesn t wait for instructions.
Must be proactive and alert in spotting misalignment or delays before it s too late.Role & responsibilities
